Our specially designed Hydrotherapy Pool offers the

bubbles to gently caress and massage your back, hips and thighs.
Massage Fountain
2 powerful jets that pulsate your neck and
shoulders with warm water to release stresses and strains.
Body Jets
A traditional 'bubbly' spa pool area with a series of jets at
varying heights to provide a comprehensive all over body massage.
Benefits:
- The soothing warm water, kept at a constant temperature of
35-37°C, is effective at relieving aches and pains with a choice of
therapeutic jets to stimulate and massage different body areas to ease
muscle tension.
- Great for relaxing and giving your body a boost.
When to Use:
- Enjoy as part of your overall Thermal Spa Experience.
- Great to relax and warm your muscles prior to any body treatment.

Advice and Top Tips:
- You are required to wear your swimsuit during use of the pool.
- You should shower before using the pool to remove any body lotions,
oils and products.
- Ensure that you drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
Tropicarium
Our specially designed Tropicarium is like a sauna
but without the intense heat, instead being
maintained at around 80°C, making it kinder to
delicate skin.
Benefits:
- The solid Norwegian pine cabin creates a sense of calm and
tranquillity while the dry heat warms your muscles and stimulates your
whole body.
- The temperature is hot enough to open pores and allow perspiration
to remove toxins and waste but without any discomfort.
When to Use:
- Pre-treatment relaxation - ideal before a Body Massage or Body Wrap
as it warms the skin and the muscles to enhance the effects of
the treatment.
- Post-treatment relaxation - offers a great way to continue relaxing
after a Facial or Body treatment.
- Can be combined with other wet spa facilities as part of your overall
Thermal Spa Experience.
Advice and Top Tips:
- You should shower before entering the Tropicarium to remove any
body lotions or perfumes.
- On first entering the Tropicarium you should remain on the lower
benches until you have become accustomed to the heat.
- You may be more comfortable sitting on a towel as you bathe.
- We advise remaining in the Tropicarium for no longer than 10
minutes, showering afterwards to cool down.
- Drink plenty of water before entering the Tropicarium to
avoid dehydration.
Rasul Mud Chamber
Designed for groups, our contemporary mud
chamber contains pots of medicinal mud to rub all
over your body. The chamber then warms to dry
the mud and remove toxins from the skin followed
by lavender infused steam and a cleansing warm
shower to leave your skin feeling soft, smooth
and sparkling.
Benefits:
- 3 types of special, mineral rich mud are great for detoxifying different
areas of the body with one for the legs, hips and buttocks, one for the
body and a special mud for the face.
- The properties of the mud and warm heat combine to remove
impurities, as well as condition, hydrate and nourish the skin.
- The warm temperature of the herbal steam can help your respiratory
system and it releases the active ingredients of the mud.
When to Use:
- An ideal pre-heat treatment to soften skin before a Body Massage.
- A great treatment to enjoy and share with friends.
- If you’re feeling extra indulgent why not combine with a full exfoliating
body scrub and massage of your choice as part of our Rasul
Deluxe Treatment.
Advice and Top Tips:
- Your therapist will advise you on which mud you require and the
body areas to apply it to.
- You may find it more beneficial to be naked as you will be able to
apply the Mud to your entire body.
- A Kneipp hose can be used to cool down the body throughout
the treatment.
- Drink plenty of water before entering the Mud Chamber to
avoid dehydration.
Experience Showers
Our Experience Shower offers two different shower
experiences in one. Choose from a warm and
soothing tropical rainfall that cascades down on you
or a refreshing and invigorating cold mist that
encompasses your whole body to awaken you.
Benefits:
- Great for pre-heating your body prior to a Body Treatment or for
cooling yourself down after a Heat Treatment.
- Good for general relaxation and to give your body a refreshing boost.
When to Use:
- Can be enjoyed as part of your Thermal Spa Experience and in
conjunction with any Thermal Treatment.
Advice and Top Tips:
- Activate the effect that you want by pressing the button for either
