Giftcard Terms and Conditions
Waterfall Giftcards can only be redeemed on purchases made in conjunction with Waterfall Spa. Each Giftcard contains a monetary amount that can be redeemed against Waterfall Spa packages, treatments and products.

Giftcards can be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the card balance on payment of the difference. If you do not spend the entire card amount the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction for future purchases. The balance cannot be topped up or exchanged for cash or credit.

Validity Periods
Giftcards are valid 12 months from purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. Please Note: Some special offers purchased with a Giftcard may have a different validity period - in which case you will be notified when the card expires on receipt of the card.

Refund Policy
Giftcards (including Giftcards for spa days & packages) cannot be exchanged for cash. If any product or service purchased with a gift card is subsequently refunded, the refund amount will be issued on a new gift card.

Waterfall Spa will not be liable for lost, damaged or stolen cards and cards cannot be replaced.
