Our Rose, Raspberry and Cocoa Facial is ideal if you have congested or blemished skin – as this treatment will help it to become clearer and smoother.
What should I expect?
Your Therapist will begin by applying our Cool Cucumber Cleansing Balm, followed by our Purifying Cleanser to ensure you pores are cleaned and your skin is purified. This is followed by our Rose Toning Spritzer and Delicate Raspberry Facial Polish to rinse and leave your skin glowing. Next, our Cocoa Cleansing Mud is applied, and whilst the vitamins and nutrients are absorbed by your skin, you?ll experience a Scalp and Hand massage to leave you fully relaxed.

Contra Indications
Some medical conditions can make certain treatments unsafe for you. To avoid disappointment on the day, please let us know before your visit if you or any of your group is suffering from any ailments or conditions and we can offer guidance on how to plan the best day around your circumstances.
In particular, Waterfall Spa recommends guests who suffer from the following conditions not to have this treatment:
- - Chemotherapy or Radiation Therapy Treatments Within Last 6 Months
- - Currently Receiving skin Peeling Treatments - no heat or abrasive treatments#
- - High Blood Pressure treated with medication
- - High/Low Blood Pressure not treated with medication
- - Malignant Tumour
- - Under the influence of Alcohol or Judgement impairing Drugs
- - Please tell us if you have allergies to Seafood as we will use an alternative product to Natural Seaweed Eye Gel which is used in this product)
All Waterfall treatments are subject to a completed medical questionnaire on the day of your visit. If you do suffer from any contra indications but feel strongly about having specific treatments then you may be required to bring a GP?s note confirming that it is safe for you to have certain treatments.

I saw a big difference in my pores after this and my mum said she has not seen my skin look this clear since I was a child. praise indeed!!!! I wish I knew what the secret recipe was for this - don't think I'd get the same effects from melting a bar of daily milk ;-)

I visited the spa last month with my sister - between us we have a couple of treatments each but we both agree this was our fav! We both love chocolate so this seemed an obvious choice for us - all the other ingredients were nice, but the Coco Cleanser was head and shoulders above the rest! After we had the treatment we both headed to the café area and used the chocolate fountain (for no extra charge) too! If you like chocolate (or facials), we would both recommend this.

Absolutely fantastic with an excellent therapist. Was much more tha just a facial as included quite a lot of massage - arms,hands, shoulders and scalp. Felt very relaxed at the end. Would definetely recommend it.
