Combining a personalised facial with a Heaven Essence Back massage, this is one of our most luxurious treatments that will ensure your day at Waterfall is truly memorable.

What should I expect?

Starting with the shoulders, and working around your whole back using a unique blend mix of aromatherapy oils, this slow, soothing massage is designed especially to relax and unwind you. This is followed by a facial (featuring our Rose Toning Spritzer & Delicate Raspberry Face Polish) and a relaxing scalp massage.

Next, you'll experience a Hand Massage using our Maximum Body Conditioning Lotion and a Foot Massage with our Ahhhh That's Better Foot Cream and finishes with a relaxing Facial Massage and moisturisation to soften and smooth the skin.

What are the benefits?

The Heaven Essence Back Massage will leave your body less tense and more relaxed, and help to ease your aches and pains, whilst your personalised Facial will soften and re-moisturise your skin to leave it sparkling.

Contra Indications

Some medical conditions can make certain treatments unsafe for you. To avoid disappointment on the day, please let us know before your visit if you or any of your group is suffering from any ailments or conditions and we can offer guidance on how to plan the best day around your circumstances.

In particular, Waterfall Spa recommends guests who suffer from the following conditions not to have this treatment:

• - Chemotherapy or Radiation Therapy Treatments Within Last 6 Months
• - High Blood Pressure treated with medication
• - High/Low Blood Pressure not treated with medication
• - Pregnancy or recently had a baby / breastfeeding
• - Malignant Tumour
• - Under the influence of Alcohol or Judgement impairing Drugs

All Waterfall treatments are subject to a completed medical questionnaire on the day of your visit. If you do suffer from any contra indications but feel strongly about having specific treatments then you may be required to bring a GP?s note confirming that it is safe for you to have certain treatments.
